What this site provides
We publish written explanations of how EPFO services work — login, passbook, withdrawals, claim status, KYC, transfers, grievances, and rule changes — with step-by-step references and screenshots where they help. The aim is to make the official process easier to follow.
What this site does not provide
We do not log you in to your EPFO account. We do not file claims, transfer funds, settle PF, issue UAN numbers, update KYC, or follow up on grievances. No page on this site can change anything on your actual EPFO record. Every transaction must be done on the official EPFO portal, the UMANG app, or through your regional EPFO office.
Accuracy and updates
We check every step on the live EPFO portal before publishing and review pages regularly. Even so, EPFO updates rules, forms, portal screens, and helpline numbers from time to time, sometimes without prior notice. Between our updates and theirs, our pages may briefly fall behind.

If anyone — claiming to be EPFO or this site — asks you to pay money, share an OTP, or hand over credentials, it is fraud. Report it on EPFiGMS (epfigms.gov.in) and to your nearest cybercrime cell.
