epfoportal.com is an independent informational website. We are not affiliated with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, the Ministry of Labour and Employment, or any government body.

We publish pages that explain how to use EPFO services — login, passbook, withdrawal, claim status, KYC, transfer, grievance, and the rule changes that come into effect each year. Each page is written as a step-by-step reference, with screenshots from the live portal where they help.

Before any step goes on the site, we open the actual portal and follow it ourselves. Every figure on our pages — interest rate, withdrawal limit, settlement timeline, helpline number — is taken from epfindia.gov.in, an EPFO circular, or an official Ministry release.

We do not collect your UAN, PF balance, bank details, or any personal financial information. We do not file claims on your behalf. We have no system that connects to your EPFO account, and we never will.

We cannot resolve a stuck claim, contact a field office for you, or escalate a grievance internally. For that, the official channels are EPFiGMS (epfigms.gov.in), the EPFO helpline 14470, and your Regional PF Commissioner. We explain how to use each one on the relevant pages.

We do not publish a fake author byline. If a credentialed professional ever joins as a reviewer, they will be named with their real qualifications and a verifiable profile. Until then, the site is what it says it is — an independent reference, maintained honestly.
